Ortiz and the adjustment of the PGOU

The Holy Face
And also today, under the decree of the state of alarm, the Government Delegation has denied the Cabildo of the Co-cathedral of San Nicolás the authorization to transfer this Thursday the relic of the Holy Face to the castle of Santa Barbara to bless the city from its watchtower.
