He stated that the most prominent of these symptoms include fainting, tremor, tremor, pulling, numbness, numbness, tingling sensation, pain sensation, trouble walking or balance disturbance, seizures, trouble speaking, trouble swallowing, sensation of a body in the throat, and vision problems. Between loss or duplication, hearing problems, memory or concentration difficulties, weakness or paralysis in the extremities, noting that these symptoms can appear and disappear, and sometimes last for long periods, and vary in intensity and location, to the extent that they can hinder a person’s ability to work and carry out daily activities.

He points out that continued observation during his periods of work in the mental health field has revealed the emergence of symptoms significantly in some mental disorders, the first of which is anxiety, in particular panic attacks and anxiety for the illness, followed by mood disorders, the most prominent being depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and social pressures (marital, family, in particular) with parents, at work) with internal conflicts, especially with repression, personality disorders and dissociative disorders that involve imbalances or disruptions of memory, consciousness, identity or cognition.

He explained that to accurately diagnose these symptoms it is necessary to consult a neurologist to rule out organic neurological causes through the medical history, physical and neurological examination, and by doing some necessary examinations, the most important of which are x-rays of the brain and its. A psychiatrist is also needed to evaluate the psychological causes and confirm the diagnosis.

Dr. Al-Osaimi explained how to treat these disorders, which include pharmacological interventions, particularly antidepressants, or non-pharmacological interventions through psychological sessions, or a combination thereof, depending on what appears during the examination and the reasons. underlying these symptoms, adding that there are supportive treatment methods, including treating organic problems, particularly Nervousness such as migraines and epilepsy, rehabilitation with physical and occupational therapy, particularly for difficulty walking, speaking or muscle problems, and pay attention to positive social relationships, such as in addition to reducing stress and performing relaxation techniques, and paying attention to the regulation of sleep, nutrition and sports.
