Shady and his lawyer assured the woman’s family that the amount was large and exaggerated, and they did not reach an amicable agreement in order for the heirs to decide to resort to the judiciary, and a case was initiated against the Al-Ahly player in absentia.

The player, who is currently in Mansoura with his family, was surprised, taking advantage of the negative comfort that the team got with the judgment issued against him in absentia and the maximum penalty imposed on him, which reached the verdict for a year with a large fine.

It is decided that the player will appeal, with the help of Al-Ahly’s lawyers and his private lawyer, the ruling issued against him, especially since Shady has witnesses that he did not escape from the location of the accident.
