WARTAKOTALIVE.COM, JAKARTA – After eight years of serving a prison sentence in Sukamiskin Prison, Bandung, the former chairman of the Democratic Party, Anas Urbaningrum, will finally be free.

Anas will be released on Tuesday (11/4/2023), and must undergo a mandatory report while on leave before being released.

Head of the Penitentiary Division of the West Java Kemenkumham, Kusnali said, as long as Anas is required to report, he may not commit any criminal acts as a form of compliance.

“You can’t violate the law anymore, that’s the most important thing. Violations of criminal acts committed. If he reported it, it was a form of compliance,” said Kusnali when confirmed by the media crew, Friday (7/4/2023).

Kusnali said that Anas Urbaningrum would have to report once a month.

“God willing, once a month. To report and that can also be through a video call mechanism,” said Kusnali.

One of the submitted reports was to find out the attitude and health condition of Anas Urbaningrum.
