Christina Aguilera stands behind her former rival after Britney warns of a lawsuit against the family.

Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears stood on opposite sides of a media-created rivalry in the 90s. Now, however, Christina Aguilera has moved out with support for Spears, who for the first time spoke about the controversial guardianship last week. There she announced that she was acting to sue his own family.
Aguilera writes on instagram that she’s been thinking a lot about Britney lately.
– It is unacceptable that a woman who wants to have control over her own destiny should not be allowed to live the life she wants, the pop star writes.

She further writes that one should not take lightly what kind of injuries this can lead to.
“Every woman has the right to her own body, privacy, space and happiness,” writes Aguliera, who emphasizes that Spears has lived under pressure that is completely incomprehensible to most of us.
– My thoughts go out to Britney. She deserves all the TRUE love in the world.
Earlier Monday, Britney Spears also stated little sister Jamie Lynn Spears herself for the first time, and said in a video that she has admired and loved her big sister from the day she was born.
