Tanya Roberts, 65-year-old American actress best known for playing the role of “Bond girl” in the film 007 – Moving target, alongside Roger Moore, she’s dead on the night of Monday 4th January. The news of his death, initially given on Sunday by his agent, had been picked up by newspapers around the world, including the Post, and then denial from the hospital where she was admitted. Later, the partner again confirmed the actress’s death on Tuesday evening, this time definitively.
Roberts had been hospitalized since last December 24 at Cedar-Sinar hospital in Los Angeles, after falling ill.
Roberts, whose real name is Victoria Leigh Blum, began her career in the 1970s as a model. From 1975 he starred in some fairly successful films, such as Kaan warrior prince e Sheena, queen of the jungle, however, his most famous role was in the James Bond film, in 1985, the last one starring Roger Moore. Roberts has also appeared in some well-known television series, for example Charlie’s Angels (only in the fifth and final season) and, more recently, in the series That 70’s show.
