Actor who played Michael in GTA V reassures fans after police raid during live stream

Recently, Ned Luke, who plays Michael in GTA V, was raided during one of his broadcasts. This is the name of the procedure when, following an anonymous tip, special forces break into someone’s house, although no crime has been committed. After this episode, Luke turned to the public to reassure his fans and condemn the action of the person who filed a complaint against him.

According to Luke, who wrote about this on X (Twitter), this is the sixth time he has become the target of law enforcement officials. He said police were investigating where the false reports came from and said there were leads as to the whereabouts of the culprits.

[…] Everything is fine, thanks for your concern. This is the SIXTH time I’ve been match-matched, but the originality must be commended because this time they even sent a fire brigade. There’s nothing cute or funny about it. And to some extent I feel sorry for the person or group of people who carry out such antics. However, authorities are investigating and have strong leads in the search for these clowns.”

After the incident, some fans blamed the game GTA V for the incident, as a possible security breach exposed Luke’s address. However, the actor himself denied these rumors, defended Rockstar and said that the location of his house has been circulating on the Internet for a long time.

The leak of my personal information was not from my live stream or from GTA Online. This information came online many years ago when someone did a basic internet search and decided it would be a good idea to spread it around. It’s not Rockstar Games’ fault.

Changing the subject, Luke concluded his message by saying that he is looking forward to the release of GTA 6: “Get ready for the sixth part. It will come at the right time and will be epic.”
