Tony Ganios, star of the cult classic films including “Porky’s,” has sadly passed away at the age of 64, according to reports. The news was revealed by TMZ, following an X account claiming to be Ganios’s longtime fiancé Amanda Serrano-Ganios.

“The last words we said to each other were ‘I love you’,” Serrano-Ganios wrote on Tuesday. “Love is an understatement. You are everything to me. My heart, my soul, and my best friend. #I love you #tonyganios.”

Ganios’ portrayal of Perry in the 1979 film “The Wanderers” gained significant recognition. He also played the fan-favorite character Anthony ‘Meat’ Tuperello in the infamous 1980s “Porky’s” sex comedy franchise, which centered around a group of high school boys on a mission to lose their virginity in 1950s-era Florida.

Ganios’ talent transcended comedy, as he portrayed a killer in the 1990 film “Die Hard 2,” a role that etched itself into the minds of audiences. Ganios’ other notable movie credits include “Back Roads,” “Continental Divide,” “Body Rock,” “Rising Sun,” and “The Taking of Beverly Hills.”

As the news of Ganios’s passing spread, many X users reached out to express their condolences. Even a man named Marc, who was supposed to meet Ganios in person in just two weeks, shared his sympathies.

Ganios leaves behind a legacy in the entertainment industry, with his charisma, talent, and memorable performances forever etched in the hearts of his fans.
