Ace Hardware Wants to Close 2 More Outlets, Now in Blok M & Surabaya

PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk again announced the closure of its outlets. This time it is the turn of the outlets at Pasaraya Blok M, South Jakarta and Marvel City Mall, Surabaya, East Java to be closed because the rental period has ended.

The news was conveyed by the issuer with the stock code ACES through information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The closing of the two Ace Hardware outlets in Blok M and Marvel City Mall will take place on December 31, 2021.

“We hereby announce that on December 31, 2021, Ace Hardware outlets located at Pasaraya Blok M, Jakarta and Marvel City Mall, Surabaya, East Java have been closed because the rental period has ended,” said Corporate Secretary of PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk, Helen Tanzil quoted by detik.com, Wednesday (12/29/2021).

The Ace Hardware outlet at Pasaraya Blok M occupies an area of ​​4,396 square meters. The outlet opened on September 28, 1996.

Meanwhile, the Ace Hardware outlet at Marvel City Mall opened on May 26, 2017 with an area of ​​around 2,563 square meters.

Apart from these two outlets, another Ace Hardware outlet, namely Emporium Pluit, North Jakarta, was already closed on December 8, 2021. This was also done because the lease period had expired.
