The video showed the man, who was storing the drug khat in his mouth, getting up from his place during the celebration and shooting fire in the air with his machine gun while others were dancing in celebration.
The young man returned to his seat after he finished firing the gunshots. After sitting down, he saw a stray bullet that hit the person sitting next to him. Everyone was terrified and he got up from his place in a state of chaos.
