A4 motorway: a heavy goods vehicle enters a petrol station near Valmy

The picture is spectacular. A heavy vehicle transporting utility vehicles was fitted under the awning of a service station on the A4 motorway, this Friday late afternoon, on the Valmy rest area (between Metz and Reims ). Fortunately, no one was injured in this incredible accident.

The roof of the service station was literally lifted by the impact between the heavy vehicle and the structure of the service station, which was greatly damaged by the impact.

As the images of the firefighters show, the material damage is significant. A breakdown company came on site to unlock the truck and a fire engine crane.
