The explosion of a domestic gas cylinder inside an apartment leaves a deceased teenager and four other injured people, in a fact recorded on the night of this Monday in Av. Andrés Bello, Barrio Los Manolos (Behind the Mendez Gimón polyclinic) Libertador municipality, of the Capital District.
The 17-year-old victim was identified as Genesis Parada, according to the journalist Román Camacho, through his Twitter account.
The injured are Jonathan Velasquez, 20 years old and a Polisucre official, who has burns in 80% of his body; Natasha Hernandez, 19 years old, who has burns in 70% of the body, and Ana Velásquez, 63-year-old, whose extent of injuries was not specified.
A fourth injured person was known, but his identity is unknown.
