A man was struck during a police intervention this Friday in Noisy-le-Grand in Seine-Saint-Denis. An administrative investigation was opened on Sunday evening.
The facts took place around 8:30 p.m. this Friday evening. Two police officers arrested a 22-year-old man held on the ground.
