In Hong Kong, a 36-year-old woman was arrested for having sex with her lover on the glazed balcony of her apartment, the South China Morning Post reported. The 16-second video of the couple having fun in a high-rise apartment was apparently shot from a window opposite.
Because of the popular video, the police detained the woman in the video and are currently looking for her partner. The heroine of the video is accused of public insult to public morals and can be sentenced to up to 7 years in prison. The woman refused to testify, BGNES reports.
Lawyer Albert Luke Wye-Hoon, who was contacted by reporters for comment, said the incident was more appropriate for indecent behavior, for which the perpetrator could be sentenced to six months in prison and a fine of 1,000 Hong Kong dollars.
The specialist explained that the balcony is a private area, which means that formal sexual intercourse has not taken place in a public place, but can be observed by casual spectators.
The woman is currently on bail, but is required to report to police in July. The investigation into the incident continues.
