TASIK CITY – Finally, the puzzle of the murder of the body of a young woman who was found floating in the Cihandiwung fish pond, Sukamaju Kaler, Indihiang, Tasikmalaya City, was completely revealed.
Early Wednesday (02/09), the perpetrator of the murder, EB alias Aan, was arrested by the Tasikmalaya Police Task Force Sergap (Buser) at his home in Sindangkerta Cipatujah, Tasik Regency.
The suspect EB, who is a cilok worker, admitted to investigators that he killed the victim KA (21), a resident of Cilembang, Cihideung, because he wanted to rob and took the clothes the victim had brought.
According to the Kasatreskrim of the Tasikmalaya Police, AKP Yusuf Ruhimat, the day before the murder, the victim arrived at the Cilembang Terminal at night after meeting his adoptive mother in Cirebon.
The victim was waiting for his relative who lived in Cilembang. Because the victim again forgot where his relative lived because he lived with his parents from a young age.
However, the victim was in elementary school in Tasik City. Then, moved to Cirebon.
When he arrived in Cilembang at night, the victim was sitting alone in a shop.
“When the victim was confused, the perpetrator who was in panic and was chased by debt saw the bundle that the victim had brought. The perpetrator suspects that the bundle contains valuable items, ”Yusuf told radartasikmalaya.com, Wednesday (02/09) afternoon.
Yusuf continued, who was met during the exposure of the case, then the perpetrator pretended to know the victim and would take him to his relative’s house.
However, the perpetrator took the victim to Situ Gede and then reached the train tracks in Cihandiwung.
“While on the track, the perpetrator took action to take the victim’s luggage. However, the victim screamed. Panic, the perpetrator immediately strangled the victim and dragged her to death, “he explained.
After that, added Yusuf, the victim’s body was thrown by the perpetrator into a fish pond. Then, the perpetrator sorted out the victim’s luggage.
After collecting good clothes, the perpetrators rushed to Karlis Market to sell.
“Sold clothes for the victim sold for Rp. 115,000. Then the money is used by the perpetrator to return to his hometown and pay off the debt, “he added.
It was clear that Yusuf, the victim and the perpetrator did not know each other but claimed to know the victim’s relative and would take him to his relative’s house. The victim was killed empty-handed.
“The perpetrator is threatened with 15 years imprisonment for violating Article 365 of violence that causes a person to die and Article 338 of murder,” he explained.
Meanwhile the perpetrator of the EB admitted all his actions. He said, he was forced to commit the crime because he was in debt of Rp. 3 million. Meanwhile, his business was quiet.
“I’m confused, sir, I don’t have money. Chased by those who collect debts. So I tried to steal the victim’s property. I’m sorry sir did that deed. I’m really sorry sir, “he explained.
