A man, in his thirties, went to the Roanne police station this Saturday morning. He accused himself of the murder of his ex-partner in Mably.

The victim, a 34 year old woman, was found dead in her apartment in downtown Mably, killed by several stab wounds.

According to neighbors, screams had been heard during the night and the death would have occurred between 2:30 am and 4:30 am.

The Roanne prosecutor’s office has opened an investigation and an autopsy will be performed at the beginning of the week.
