A drawing teacher from Hârlău was arrested after raping a student. The girl is 15 years old and took painting classes at the “Children’s Club” in the locality that the teacher led.

Everything happened in the painting workshop of the Children’s Club from Hârlău. The drawing teacher – according to sources in the investigation – allegedly gave the 15-year-old student substances that made her dizzy. Then, when he saw that the teenager was being hurt, he locked himself in the workshop and abused her.

The teenager’s boyfriend heard everything and broke a window to enter the building to save her. Police arrived at the scene shortly after and handcuffed the suspect.

The drawing teacher who raped the student is 49 years old and married. His colleagues suspect that a strange attraction he had developed towards the student may have led him to rape. Otherwise, everyone knew him as a good professional.

The man was arrested for 30 days. The School Inspectorate from Iași suspended his contracts as a teacher and head of the Children’s Club from Hârlău.
