Saturday July 30, Nou Pa Sav, the popular street orchestra of Lamentin, organizes the 4th edition of its sports walk. In the streets of Lamentin, participants will walk for 13 km to the rhythm of music.
At 7 p.m., this Saturday, the start of this 4th edition will be given. Entitled “Alé mété soulyié’w”, the event will leave from the Place du Calebassier in Le Lamentin (meeting at 6 p.m.). The public will cross part of the town for 13 km. “Our objective will be to combine sport and music”, explains Emmanuel Basson, president of the association. “People come spontaneously, there is no registration. The aim will be to motivate and give a particular rhythm to the walk”.
