A second blood drive for the Terrebonne police officers

The Terrebonne / Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines / Bois-des-Filion Intermunicipal Police Service, as well as the Terrebonne Police Fraternity, are organizing a second blood drive.

This will take place at Esther-Blondin school, located at 905 rue Vaillant, on Saturday, November 13, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The goal is 135 donors.

Last year’s Honorary President, little Samy El Fara, 2 and a half years old, renewed his willingness to be with the Service for this fundraising.

The boy from Bois-des-Filion suffers from Roifman syndrome, a serious orphan disease that affects the immune system, growth and intellectual development, among other things. To survive, he must receive a plasma donation every week.
