“Do you know what the procedure is if a citizen decides to report a violation? First he has to prepare it, sign it and send it. We don’t comment when we don’t work on reports, we don’t comment on how quickly those that have been started are processed in general, not to mention that I personally was told twice by Ministry of Internal Affairs officials “Hey, man… don’t bother !”. How can I not deal with it when I’m angry!”
