A pensioner from Plovdiv was shocked, he owed over 36 vouchers to a mo …

An 87-year-old pensioner from Plovdiv bent his legs after an employee in the office of one of the mobile operators told him that he had a bill of over BGN 36,000. He himself told Maritza about the heart attack situation.

At the beginning of the week, Bai Angel, as all his friends and neighbors call him, went to the operator’s office in a Plovdiv mall. He had a home phone and paid there every month. The monthly fee was about BGN 4, and the deadline for its payment is until the end of the month. And this time the pensioner entered the office, told himself the number, prepared BGN 5 and waited to be told the exact amount. However, the employee glared at him and spoke to him in a tragic tone.

“It shows me that you owe BGN 36,104,” she said. Bai Angel froze in terror. His blood pressure rose, and he said he was on the verge of a heart attack. He told her it was impossible to check again. The situation repeated itself. With trembling legs, the elderly Plovdiv resident returned home.

I took out all the notes. I found a total of 60. I have been a subscriber for 5 years. Everything is accurate and tidy. I can’t have such an amount. I started calling the operator. I tried many times, my secretary advertised and told me all sorts of things. Connection is impossible “Press this, press that. I can’t get better,” he said.

For the next few days he thought only of that. He made his neighbor go to another office and check. The result was radically different – he had no outstanding debts. An inspection followed in another office – it also turned out that the pensioner was in order.

Maritza also checked whether Bai Angel had any obligations. The report stated that he would not pay a penny at this time.

The pensioner rested, but was out of his mind for several days.

“I really would have died on the spot. It’s probably some confusion on the part of the girl who serves me the surprise. But it could have cost me my life. I’m single, hard enough. And if I had to pay that amount, I just don’t I know what I would do. I hope the employees look better “, said the Plovdiv resident, reassured that the nightmare has not become a reality.
