A new IKEA customer service point has been opened in Liepāja

This will be the second customer service location in Latvia. On the other hand, this will be the eighth customer service location in the Baltic States, as four more are located in Lithuania and two in Estonia.

It has already been reported that the “IKEA” branch in Liepāja will work as a planning and product ordering center to help customers plan, order and receive room furnishing solutions adapted to individual measurements, needs and wishes.

It is planned that the area of ​​the “IKEA” planning and ordering center in Liepāja will be 1,000 square meters. The customer service point will be located on Ezermalas Street.

In Riga, the “IKEA” store and online store have been open since 2018.

It was also announced that the manager of “IKEA” in Latvia, SIA “Paul Mason Properties” last financial year, which lasted from September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023, worked with a turnover of 93.566 million euros, which is 14.1% less than a year earlier, while the company’s profit decreased twice – to 8.656 million euros.

“Paul Mason Properties” was registered in Latvia in 2015, and its share capital is 20,000 euros. Paul Mason Properties is owned by FE Corporation, registered in the Netherlands.

The company “IKEA” was established in 1943.
