An unknown person beat a medic from the Center for Emergency Medical Assistance in Vratsa. The employee was returning from work when he was attacked in front of his home.
The unknown person asked for a cigarette, the medic reached to give it to him, after which he was kicked in the face. He has several severe head wounds. He was admitted to the surgical department of Hristo Botev Hospital, there are also suspicions of a hematoma.
There are indications that the victim recognized his attacker.
