A man fell from the train and died near the village of Cifer on Tuesday morning.
The express train heading from Túrócszentmárton to Bratislava had just left Nagyszombat station when the young man somehow opened one of the doors of the train and fell out.

They were no longer able to help him, he suffered fatal injuries and died – wrote the Facts.
Proceedings have been launched into the tragedy, among other things, they are investigating whether the door might have opened due to a technical error. Slovak police are also looking for witnesses, including the young woman who alerted the conductor after the man fell off the train.
