Chennai | A Malayali student died after being hit by a train while crossing the railway track in Chennai. Nikhitha KCB, a native of Kollam Puthur, died.
An accident took place on the track near the old railway gate in Irumbaliyur this morning. Chennai Guruvayur Express was hit while trying to cross the track. Nikita is a student of Tambaram MCC College.
The police informed that the cause of the accident was that he crossed the track while talking on headphones. The body will be received after the relatives arrive from the country.
