“When I was 10 or 12, I went to the game room and thought that if I had my hands, I could play. But then I said, why not try it? I always waited until no one was in the club and I started trying it, “Ikram described his beginnings for the AP agency.
Eventually, he came up with his own way to play snooker, and later began visiting the game room regularly to improve his game. “At first, people didn’t believe me that I could play my chin,” the man describes. “Eventually, they started to admire me,” he added with a smile.
Ikram has even won three local amateur tournaments and has become a popular figure in Pakistan. He would like to demonstrate his art abroad in the future and hopes that his plans for a world tour will be supported by Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan. “I would like to show my game to people abroad and make Pakistan famous,” Ikram reveals bold plans.
