She confirmed in a telephone interview with the “Ninth” program on Egyptian TV Channel One, “Saturday” that her mother was not sick or passed away after a struggle with illness as some claim, noting that two days before her death, she felt a pain in her stomach and left quietly and peacefully.
She also revealed that before her death she assured her that if she went to the hospital, she would not go home again.

She added that her mother adored her husband, the late artist Fouad Al-Muhandis, until his death, and she brought him a stuffed bath a few hours before his death.
