A collective wedding ceremony for 66 bride and groom in Al Wathba Council

The Abu Dhabi Councils, in the Office of Citizens and Society Affairs in the Presidential Court, organized a collective wedding ceremony which included 66 bride and groom in the Al Wathba Council.
The ceremony was attended by Sheikh Dr. Hazaa bin Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan and a number of officials and families of the bride and groom. Khalifa Salem Al Mansouri, Chairman of the Al Wathba Council Committee, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the wise leadership for their support in cutting the cost of marriage off the shoulders of young people, achieving their family and social stability, and his desire to strengthen the bonds of interdependence and cohesion in UAE society, commending the support provided by the state to organize such mass marriages.
For their part, the spouses and their families expressed their thanks and appreciation for the care given by the wise guide to the young people of the town and to her children, who spares no effort in providing all the ingredients and possibilities that guarantee them a life full of happiness, well-being and a decent life. The reception included folk and traditional songs and performances by the folk bands in front of the council.
Interestingly, the group wedding included a groom of determined people as part of the collaboration with the “Congratulations, what have you planned” platform for determined people, which was launched by the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, to integrate them into the company, in its activities and events.
