Five stars in the heart of Chartres. This is what the White House proudly displays. The guest house, created by Nathalie Jallerat, manager of the Grand Monarque with her husband Bertrand, has opened a guest house, a stone’s throw from the hotel.

The White House, which received its first guests last weekend, was inaugurated on Thursday June 25, 2020. The building, built in 1896, had belonged to the Levacher family since the early 1970s.
Philippe Levacher offered to sell the house to the Jallerats, who immediately agreed. “It was not really planned but we immediately took over this family home. During the confinement, we lived there for a few days, ”specifies Nathalie Jallerat.

The house, which has six bedrooms all equipped with a bathroom, including two suites, has been renovated while retaining its 19th century character, notably the woodwork, stained glass windows, fireplaces and moldings.
