Agents of the National Police have arrested in Valencia a 23-year-old man, of Spanish origin, as the alleged perpetrator of a crime ofunlawful possession of weaponswhen carrying a weapon in a pocket without a license or documentation.
The events occurred on Wednesday at half past eight in the afternoon, when the agents carried out prevention work, they observed two men walking together outside the hours established in the Royal Decree of the State of Alarm. Upon noticing the police presence, they made the intention of leaving, being intercepted by the patrol that identified them and questioned the reason for their stay on public roads.
During identificationthe agents located in the vest pocket of one of them, a black detonator pistol,with plastered serial number and ammunition, modified detonation cartridges.
The agents asked him for the documentation of the weapon and the license to carry it, stating the man who was not the owner and who had given it to his uncle and was going to leave it to a friend without giving more information.
Finally, after several verifications, the police arrested him as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of illegal possession of weapons.
The detainee without a police record has been brought to justice.
