Talk on “Narrative and Medicine in times of pandemic” at the BCN – Parliamentary

The Library of Congress of the Nation will host the live talk between the teacher and writer Mateo Niro, and the doctor Carlos Presman, about literature and science.

Next Tuesday 4th at 7pm, the renowned teacher and writer Mateo Niro will chat live with the doctor Carlos Presman about literature and science in Library of the National Congress, in a conversation called “Narrative and medicine in times of pandemic”.

Carlos Presman is doctor, writer and teacher. Professor of Semiology, National Hospital of Clinics, National University of Córdoba. Specialist in Internal Medicine and Intensive Therapy. Author of the books: Neither alive nor dead; Live 100 years; and Doctor’s Letter.

Mateo Niro is teacher and writer. He is a professor of narratology and sociolinguistics at national universities and wrote books on his specialty. Also of literature and scientific dissemination. He is the director of the Research Institute on Knowledge and Public Policies.

Adapting to current times, the Library of Congress of the Nation reinforces its commitment to the community and makes various resources available in virtual format for its users.

The talk will be broadcast live from www.bcn.gob.ar, the BCN website, and through the Facebook account of @Liblioteca del Congreso.
