Popular announced, during the afternoon of today, the sale of the building Caparra Center Triple-S Management Corporation, the parent company of the insurer.

In addition, they recalled that currently the building Caparra Center, houses a branch of Popular, offices of Popular Auto, the San Juan Region, and the customer service center TeleBanco Popular®among other units.
It also detailed that as part of the transaction, Popular lease such spaces by a minimum term of five years and, in the case of the branch, of ten years.
“We are pleased with this transaction, which is an important piece of a long-term plan to take full advantage of our portfolio of properties. The goal is to centralize a large part of our operations at our headquarters in Hato Rey to leverage our presence in the area and continue to provide quality spaces to employees, customers and the community”, said Ignacio Álvarez, president and chief executive officer of Popular.
