Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir reshuffle the board of directors of PT Indonesian Fertilizer (Persero). This time, Erick replaced two directors, namely the director of finance and investment and the director of HR, governance, and risk management.
The reshuffle is stated in SK-408/MBU/12/2021 dated December 22, 2021 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Pupuk Indonesia.
Erick appointed Wono Budi Tjahyono as Director of Finance and Investment replacing Listiarini Dewajanti. Previously, Wono had a career at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) as Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking.
In addition, Erick also appointed Tina T. Kemala Intan as Director of HR, Governance, and Risk Management replacing Winardi. Tina previously served as Director of HC and Legal at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero).
“We congratulate you on joining the new board of directors. We and all staff and staff are ready to support and make the company’s program a success,” said SVP of Corporate Communications for Pupuk Indonesia Wijaya Laksana in an official statement quoted Between, Friday (24/12).
He also said that the entire extended family of the company appreciates the performance of the previous board of directors with high dedication and integrity, which has led the company to develop rapidly.
