– Enter your password and that’s it, you just have to click on the blue button Temporarily disable account. Please note that it can only be deactivated once a week. If you want to reactivate it, it will be necessary to log in again with that profile.
How to deactivate an Instagram account permanently
If you have already decided that you want to delete your account permanently so that you never hear from it again, remember to make a data copy first so you don’t lose your photos and general information. – Log in if your account is not open at the moment and select the reason why you want to delete your Instagram profile permanently (the reasons are the same as those presented for temporary disabling).
– Retype your password and click on the delete button. One point in favor is that if you regret deleting it, Instagram makes it clear that you have 30 days to log in again and thus keep your account.
