We know a little more about the material damage caused by the fire which occurred yesterday night at the central market of Kaolack. According to the prefect of Kaolack, Cheikh Ahmed Tidiane Thiaw, 83 canteens went up in smoke but no loss of human life was recorded during this disaster.
