In the last week, a city of South Carolina it is being hit by several low magnitude earthquakes.
According to State Emergency Management Division (SCEMD), the town from Jenkinsville it has presented constant seismic activity.
From the past October 25, a total of seven tremors have been counted.
The last one was recorded Monday morning November 1st, around 10:59 a.m., which had a magnitude of 2.0 on the scale of Richter.
In fact, none of the seven earthquakes exceeded 2.5.
Three of the seven occurred on October 28 (1.8, 1.7 and 2.1 respectively), according to SCEMD officials.
Much of the population that resides in the town has not even felt the earthquakes due to their low magnitude.
The authorities did not specify the reason why the telluric movements on Jenkinsville.
