A 22-year-old Flemish girl will accompany the CEO of the Adecco agency during the summer. A paid job 6,600 euros per month.
Lotte De Visscher’s vacation will not be easy, but the hard work she will have to do is worth it. Selected from 1,000 other young people, the Flemish is the winner of a campaign launched by the temporary agency Adecco, report our colleagues from Het Laatste Nieuws. With this proposal, Adecco’s objective was to “challenge young people in the skills they need to become a leader of tomorrow” and thus allow them to be “involved in the group’s corporate policy” .
In July and August, Lotte De Visscher will therefore become the right hand of the CEO of the company, Nico Reeskens, will be paid 6,600 euros per month and will even be entitled to a company car. A “spectacular” job, as the young girl told the Flemish daily. “I am really looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead and I think I can learn a lot here. This experience will certainly add value to my CV,” she said.
Obviously, this student work did not fall from the sky. To get it, Lotte De Visscher first passed a series of tests, before preparing and presenting a commercial project before a jury of industry professionals. And her work on the role of artificial intelligence in the way of organizing work in the future won over the members of the jury, who found in her the ideal candidate for this summer job.
