63.6 percent vaccinated – Rhein-Main-Neckar

Würzburg. The Robert Koch Institute (RKI) published a 7-day incidence of 33.3 for the Würzburg district today.

A total of 177,667 vaccinations were administered in the two vaccination centers in the city and district of Würzburg. 91,799 people received their first vaccination here, 85,868 people were fully vaccinated (as of August 23).

A total of 29,544 vaccinations were administered in the clinics, of which 14,938 were first vaccinations and 14,606 were second vaccinations (as of August 22). 166 064 vaccinations were given in the practices, of which 82 223 were first vaccinations and 83 841 were second vaccinations (as of August 22nd). So far, a total of 373 275 vaccinations have been given in the city and district, 188 960 first vaccinations and 184 315 second vaccinations.

This means that 65.2 percent of citizens in the city and district of Würzburg have been vaccinated for the first time, while 63.6 percent are fully vaccinated.

For comparison: So far, 61.3 percent of citizens throughout Bavaria have been vaccinated for the first time, with the second vaccination the rate is 57.3 percent (as of August 21; source: impfdashboard.de).
