People must follow methods and strategies to help overcome these negative feelings.

Therefore, it is preferable to watch a funny movie, do volunteer work, help others, and practice a favorite hobby.

Discovering triggers makes a person more knowledgeable about how distress affects the body, facilitating the process of self-awareness and learning to control symptoms. Through mindfulness, a person is able to control the mind and body and transform negative energy and feeling into calm and relaxation.
Behavioral and psychological therapy
The psychiatrist treats feelings of distress and depression for no reason by relying on psychological sessions, during which the person puts his hands on the causes of his sadness, tries to change and overcome them, learns how to cope with the states of sadness that afflict him from time to time, and defines his goal in his life and tries to reach it. During treatment, the person imagines the situations that cause him sadness, to create a calm dialogue with himself to help him get through crises safely, and thus acquires the skill of coping with sad situations, which reduces his feelings of guilt and mistrust.
