Of the 17 cities and provinces nationwide, there have been no confirmed cases in Jeju.
As there is still time until midnight when the count is closed, the number of new confirmed cases to be announced as of 0:00 on the 28th is expected to increase further to reach at least 500.
If a sudden group infection occurs during the night, it may increase to the late 500 or close to 600.
In the case of the previous day, at the Gwangju TCS International School operated by IM Mission, a bunch of 100 people were confirmed late in the afternoon, and the final was 559.
The new confirmed cases, which showed a modest decline in recent years, are showing an uneasy trend due to the aftermath of group infection initiated by IM Mission.

In addition to the group outbreak of the IM Mission Education Facility, there are also welfare facilities in Jung-gu, Seoul (12 people cumulative), nursing facilities in Nowon-gu (11 people), manufacturing industry in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do (19 people), church in Giheung-gu, Yongin (11 people), and childcare facilities in Guri (12 people). Large and small cases of infection followed.
