The 7 notations include B notation, which means that the company is currently in the application for a bankruptcy statement. Notation M, there is a request for Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) to the company concerned. Furthermore, the S notation for the company’s latest financial statements indicates no operating income.

As for the E notation, it means that the last financial statements show negative equity. Notation A indicates the existence of an Adverse Opinion from a Public Accountant (AP).

Furthermore, the notation D means that there is an opinion that does not state the opinion (disclaimer) of the public accountant, and the notation L means that the listed company has not submitted a financial report.

Stock exchange authorities have also started implementing 6 other special notations (C, Q, Y, F, G, and V) since February this year.

The Exchange explained, the special notation C means the issuer is experiencing a legal incident against a listed company, listed subsidiary and / or members of the board of directors and commissioners of a listed company which has a material impact.

Q notation, which means that there is a limitation on the business activities of a listed company and / or its subsidiary listed by the regulator. Furthermore, the notation Y is given to issuers who have not held an annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS) for up to six months after the financial year ends.

Next, the notation F is an issuer that has received administrative sanctions and / or a written order from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) which is imposed on a listed company due to violations of regulations in the capital market sector with the category of minor violations.

Notation G is an issuer that has received administrative sanctions and / or a written order from the OJK imposed on the issuer for violating regulations in the capital market sector with a moderate violation category.
