Saturday afternoon, a 3-year-old child fell from an apartment on the 11th floor of a building in Grenoble. He would have escaped the vigilance of his parents, according to The Liberated Dauphine.
When firefighters arrived, the boy was in cardiopulmonary arrest. Despite several maneuvers to save him, the child did not survive.
Grenoble police have opened an investigation to determine the circumstances of the accident. The parents of the victim must be heard by the investigators.
