Police officially arrest three suspects murder and raping women young, TM (20), in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The three suspects, MBA (19), AK (19), and AS (17), were detained at the Kemayoran Metro Police.
“The three perpetrators have been detained at the Kemayoran Police, then we will process them according to existing procedures,” said Head of Criminal Investigation at the Central Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Wisnu Wardana to reporters on Monday (25/4/2022).
As a result of their actions, the perpetrators were subject to multiple articles. They are suspected of Article 285 of the Criminal Code, 170 paragraph 2 of the 3rd juncto 338 of the Criminal Code concerning Rape and Murder.
“The penalty is more than 12 years,” he said.
In addition to securing the perpetrators, the police brought a number of evidences, including pillows, sheets, blankets, clothes, victim’s underwear, condoms, cables. chargercellphones, wallets, and motorbikes.
Previously reported, the police revealed the death of a young woman, TM (20), in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The victim was murdered and raped.
Wisnu said the three perpetrators killed and raped the victim in the victim’s boarding room in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. He said the three perpetrators raped the victim in turns.
“Information obtained, they took turns raping 8 times,” he said.
TM was found dead with a bleeding mouth in his home. The incident occurred on Friday (22/4) at 23.30 WIB.
