Whatever the composition of the second edition of the project – the government of Slavi Trifonov, in order to be acceptable to his future partners in parliament, will eventually be clarified today and tomorrow. And after Wednesday, with the opening of the new parliament, there will be negotiations only for politicians, as promised by “There is such a people.”
The leader of “Yes, Bulgaria” Hristo Ivanov was adamant at least until Sunday that he would not propose ministers to Slavi Trifonov. Maya Manolova, the only one who spoke with ITN, supports them again without claiming positions. But her partners in “Stand up! Get out! ” Tatiana Doncheva and Nikolay Hadjigenov were booked after Trifonov’s moves with Nikolay Vassilev. BSP also offers conditional support.
The most unacceptable thing for all parties is not to run a government and to go to the polls again in the autumn. Whose nuclei and exactly how many will go to the machines, worries both the systemic and the so-called “protest parties”.

2. A government in which Asen Vassilev, Kiril Petkov and Nikolay Denkov will play the main roles. The deputy head of ITN, Toshko Yordanov, as well as the DB and Manolova’s people gave public approval for them. In the meantime, they may have liked someone else from Stefan Yanev’s official team.
3. BSP, Manolova or Hristo Ivanov receives a mandate, if Slavi’s government does not pass, and proposes that the caretaker government become regular. Consultations with the parties will begin shortly after the convening of parliament on Wednesday, but the handing over of the first term depended on whether the parties would find dialogue and reach some consensus, Rumen Radev explained.

If Slavi’s party reconsiders its views to pursue a deficit-free budget, Asen Vassilev could enter a revised version of the ITN government, it became clear from his statement to Nova TV.
In the first week after the convening of the new parliament, Vassilev will offer his option for updating the budget and increasing pensions, with the deficit for this year estimated at 3.9%.
Together with the Minister of Finance, a possible proposal of Trifonov for ministerial positions will probably be accepted by Kiril Petkov and Nikolay Denkov, after it became clear that they prefer to move in a team with Vassilev.
The participation of the three caretaker ministers will satisfy “Democratic Bulgaria”, from where they give signs of approval to the three “positive heroes” of the caretaker government.
The DB continues to push for deep judicial reform and the removal of the chief prosecutor, a majority without the MRF, and parliamentary investigations into Rosenets, Lukoil and Varna TPP.
So far, the topic of support from the 13 deputies of “Stand up! Get out! ” Maya Manolova seems to have promised unreserved support for Trifonov. However, lawyer Nikolay Hadjigenov took the position of the DB that he wanted to see policies and not listen to a monologue.

So far, the MRF has remained completely silent on the subject, and they are not openly wanted by the DB and Trifonov’s people. The BSP, on the other hand, sets conditions for something like a coalition to give support, although it also does not claim posts. The socialist Rumen Gechev pointed out on BNR that the BSP wants the development bank not to be sold, the highways not to be concessioned.
Even if the caretaker government stays regularly with a mandate from Manolova, DB or BSP, it will again need 121 votes. Which means that the parties will have to reach some agreement on a program. Surprisingly, on Sunday, GERB leader Boyko Borissov suddenly supported such an option, after stating that he did not see the right move in front of his opponents.

In the three attempts to form a government under Article 99 of the constitution, a mandate holder must propose them personally on behalf of a political force. And a majority in parliament must be gathered and voted on. This is the only way. The caretaker government is an alternative to the lack of a parliamentary one, there is no way to combine them.
– Will the new parliament nominate a cabinet?
“I’d like to.” The other means making elections by the end of the year. We cannot postpone the presidential elections, they will be between October 22 and November 22. In addition, there are many important things to address: budget revenues, the new budget, economic and health measures, the recovery plan.
