Jakarta –
KPK named 22 people as suspects bribe related to the sale and purchase of the position of the village head or village head in Probolinggo Regency. Of the 22 people, only 5 were detained by the KPK.
“KPK has named 22 suspects in this case,” said Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Alexander Marwata, during a press conference at the KPK Building, Tuesday (31/8/2021).
Until now there are only 5 suspects who are in the KPK. Alex said the five suspects would be detained for the next 20 days.
“The suspects are currently being detained at the detention center for the first 20 days starting from August 31, 2021 to September 19, 2021,” he said.
The following are the locations where the suspects were detained:
a. Hasan Aminuddin (member of the Indonesian House of Representatives) was detained at the KPK Rutan in Lot C1
b. Puput Tantriana Sari (Regent of Probolinggo) was detained at the KPK Detention Center at the Red and White Building.
c. Doddy Kurniawan (Camat Krejengan) is being held at the Central Jakarta Police Rutan
d. Muhammad Ridwan (Camat Paiton) detained at the South Jakarta Police Rutan
e. SO was detained at the KPK Detention Center at Pomdam Jaya Guntur.
Alex asked the other 17 suspects to turn themselves in. He asked the suspects who have not been arrested to cooperate.
“KPK urges the other suspects to be cooperative in following the legal process currently being carried out by the KPK,” he said.
