For 2021 income tax returns, the Ministry of Finance has set three zones for the filing deadline. In Seine-Saint-Denis, it is set for Tuesday, June 8, 2021. A date which corresponds to the last zone.
Paris in the third zone
With departments numbered 55 to 976, the Seine-Saint-Denis has a deadline Tuesday June 8 at 11:59 p.m.. The declaration must be made online on taxes.gouv.fr. If you can’t report online, the paper deadline is May 20, anywhere in France.
In case of delay on your declaration, you risk surcharges and late interest. The increase goes from 10% – declaration before the letter of formal notice – to 40% – beyond 30 days after the formal notice.
