A 20-year-old young man died this Sunday after falling from the 9th floor in Grenoble (Isère). This drama occurred around 6.30 p.m. in a student residence, reports
France 3 Auvergne Rhône-Alpes. The firefighters and Smur agents took charge of the victim who was at the foot of the building and initially managed to resuscitate him. Transported in serious condition to the hospital, the young adult finally succumbed to his injuries a few hours later, indicate our colleagues.
An open investigation
An investigation was opened to determine the circumstances of the tragedy. According to a witness, the young man fell from the window of his apartment. Nothing foreshadowed suicidal tendencies in the victim, assure his relatives. No suspicious element would have been discovered in the accommodation by the police.
