1960 positive tests for coronavirus, 48 ​​died





1960 are the persons newly diagnosed with COVID-19 in our country for the past 24 hours – with 1488 cases more than yesterday.

For the last 24 hours, a total of 16,390 tests were performed (3,118 PCR / 13,272 antigens), and a total of 9,483,357 since the beginning of the pandemic. This is shown by the data in the National Information System.

11.96% of those tested are infected. 69.59% of the cases for the day were not vaccinated.

A total of 1,126,146 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Bulgaria so far. 190,664 of them are active. 4336 people have been cured in the last 24 hours.

There are a total of 2,106 patients with a proven coronavirus infection admitted to hospitals. 246 of them are in intensive care units and clinics.

292 are newly admitted to hospitals. 73.63% of them have not been vaccinated.

The death toll from confirmed coronavirus infection is 36,330 – 48 of them in the last 24 hours.
