Man (20) and woman (18) die after car shoots into water

The two people who had been rescued from a vehicle that had fallen into water earlier on Thursday in Veelerveen in Groningen did not survive the incident. The fatal victims are a 20-year-old man from Stadskanaal and an 18-year-old woman from nearby Bellingwolde, the police have announced.
