A few days ago, Ross Young, an industry analyst, revealed several key points from the Galaxy Note 20 spec sheet. Samsung to integrate a 120 Hz LPTO OLED screen on its Galaxy Note 20s. This screen technology should allow the manufacturer to reduce the energy consumption of the panel andimprove autonomy. Unfortunately, this 120 Hz LPTO screen would be reserved for the Note 20+. 17 times larger fingerprint reader than the Galaxy S20
Ross Young continued his momentum in an interview with Greggles TV YouTube channel. According to him, Samsung will equip the Galaxy Note 20 withan improved fingerprint reader, the 3D Sonic Max. Designed by Qualcomm, this sensor is 17 times larger than the Galaxy S20 ultrasonic scanner. Faster, reliable and practical, it is even capable of scanning two fingerprints simultaneously for increased security.
In the process, Ross Young discussed in more detail the data sheet of the Galaxy Note 20+, the more upscale model. The smartphone would be powered by a 5000 mAh battery, as the Galaxy S20 Ultra. Last year, the Galaxy Note 10+ had to settle for a 4,300 mAh battery. So this is a nice development compared to the previous generation. For its part, the standard Note 20 would be equipped with a battery of around 4000 mAh. To support the SoC of its Note 20+, Samsung would bet on 16 GB RAM, as for the Galaxy S20 Ultra. Unsurprisingly, the Note 20+ promises to be very close to the brand’s last flagship.
The analyst says that Samsung to present Galaxy Note 20 at the same time as Galaxy Fold 2 from the beginning of August 2020.
